TOURING BOOKING CONDITIONS
1.1 BOOKINGS: Advance bookings are available for any length of stay and for arrival and departure on any day of the week, except in peak season when Serviced Pitches are bookable from Saturday to Saturday only.
1.2 DEPOSIT: A non-returnable deposit, booking fee and the appropriate holiday cancellation charge is required for each pitch reserved at the time of booking (see tariff and Holiday Cancellation Plan Information).
1.3 BALANCE: Payable at least 28 days before commencement of all holidays. We reserve the right to cancel the booking without refund if your balance is not paid 28 days before commencement of your holiday. No reminders will be sent. On arrival production of your booking confirmation will hasten check in procedures.
1.4 ARRIVALS/DEPARTURES: Touring Pitches are normally ready by 2.00pm on the day of arrival. PLEASE NOTE, WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCOMODATE EARLY ARRIVALS. Pitches must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. A charge of £5.00 may be levied for each hour or part hour after 10.00am until the pitch is vacated. If for any reason you fail to arrive on the date you have booked, and if you have not advised the Park of your estimated arrival, the pitch will be re-let from 9am the following day.
1.5 ELECTRICAL HOOK-UPS: All pitches with electric are equipped with a round 3 pin electric power supply (see tariff for amperage).
1.6 PUP TENTS: Must not exceed 3m x 2m x 1.5m high, only one per pitch permitted and extra charge must be paid. PLEASE NOTE, additional pup tents are only permitted in certain areas at the discretion of the management.
1.7 GAZEBOS: Must not exceed 3m x 3m, only one per pitch permitted and extra charge should be paid. PLEASE NOTE, gazebos are only permitted on certain Pitches at the discretion of park management.
1.8 CARS: All vehicles must display a current parking permit. One vehicle only is permitted to park on the pitch. Additional cars/
boats/trailers must be parked in the designated overflow car park and the parking fee paid. Visitors’ cars must also be parked in the overflow car park and the parking fee paid. If the caravan/tent etc is deemed by the Management to be excessively large for the pitch booked, guests will be asked to move their car to the overflow car park and pay the relevant parking fee.
1.9 GROUNDSHEETS: We require all our guests to use breathable groundsheets as this protects the grass. Use of plastic sheeting and heavy tarpaulins under groundsheets is not permitted.
1.10 DOGS: We do allow dogs on our Touring Park, a maximum of two dogs are permitted per pitch, extra charges are payable, dogs should not be left unattended at any time and must remain on a short lead (not Exceeding 6ft/2m) at all times around the park except in the dog exercise area where they are allowed off the lead. Owners MUST fully clean up any mess deposited by their dog; failure to do so will result in the immediate removal of the guest and their party from the park.
1.11 SPECIAL REQUESTS AND PITCH ALLOCATIONS: We will always try to meet your requests regarding accommodation and or specific pitches and for adjacent pitches. However, this CANNOT be guaranteed as it is not always possible due to ever changing operational requirements. Please not special requests do not form part of the booking contract and are not condition of booking.
1.12 ALTERATIONS, ADJUSTMENTS AND AMENDMENTS: An amendment charge is levied for each change to an existing booking excluding the first amendment (see tariff).All amendments must be confirmed in writing by post or email. Any additional charges incurred due to changes in the booked dates, pitch type, etc. are due for payment as outlined in these terms and conditions.
1.13 CANCELLATIONS: All requests for cancellation should be made in writing and must be sent to the Park by RECORDED DELIVERY LETTER. No requests for cancellation will be accepted by email. All monies paid at the time of cancellation will be forfeit unless the grounds for cancellation are covered by our Holiday Cancellation Plan.
1.14 OUTSTANDING CHARGES: All charges should be paid prior to the end of your holiday. We will pursue payment of any charges still outstanding following the holiday through all channels available to us.
HOLIDAY HOME BOOKING CONDITIONS
2.1 BOOKINGS: Advanced bookings of holiday homes in the peak season are only available for arrival and departure on Friday, Saturday or Monday. During other times advance bookings can be more flexible.
